We pride ourselves that the team is capable of handling any form of property maintenance in the Johannesburg CBD area, whether it is plumbing, flooring, painting, electrical or carpentry. Our team is available 365 days a year, 7 days a week, to provide maintenance support to the property portfolio managed by Mamela Estates. We do keep record of all job cards, quotes and completed jobs that we can supply any investor or tenant with the correct and accurate paper trails, records and photos in order to keep maintenance cost at the bare minimum and to enable Mamela Estates to manage property investments to the optimum potential.
